What we do with your information

Sri Lanka Journeys is operated by Clever Hub (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka, company number PV00308620. You can reach us at info@cleverhub.lk or on +94 77 793 6904.

Only what you type into our enquiry form or send us by WhatsApp or email: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about the trip you want. We also store the page you sent the enquiry from and your browser user-agent string, which help us fix problems with the site.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

To answer you, to arrange the services you asked about with drivers, properties and guides, and to keep a record of what was agreed. If you ask us to book something, we pass on the details that supplier needs — your name, your dates, and any requirements you told us about — and nothing more.

Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Mumbai region. Our database rules make the enquiries collection write-only from the public internet, so no visitor can read anyone else’s enquiry.

Enquiries that do not turn into a trip are deleted within two years. Records relating to trips we arranged are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting or dispute purposes, and then deleted.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing you do here is sold to an ad network.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@cleverhub.lk and we will deal with it.
