The terms we work on

Sri Lanka Journeys is a trading name of Clever Hub (Private) Limited, registered in Sri Lanka, company number PV00308620.

We arrange travel services in Sri Lanka — vehicles with drivers, self-drive hire, accommodation, guides and activities — by connecting you with the suppliers who provide them. Where we act as an agent for a supplier, that supplier’s own terms apply to the service they give you, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Prices shown on this website are indicative market ranges, dated, and are not a quotation. A quotation is what we send you in writing against your dates. Prices can change with season, fuel costs and availability until a booking is confirmed.

Deposit, balance and cancellation terms vary by supplier and are set out in the written quotation for your trip. We will not take a payment without telling you first what the cancellation position is.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa or electronic travel authorisation Sri Lanka requires of your nationality, for travel insurance, and for telling us accurately about any medical, mobility or dietary needs that affect what we arrange.

For self-drive hire you are responsible for holding a valid licence, an International Driving Permit and the Sri Lankan recognition permit, and for driving in accordance with Sri Lankan law.

Weather, road closures, landslides, strikes, national park closures and changes to rail services can all disrupt a plan. We will do what we reasonably can to rearrange things, but we are not liable for events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka.
